Codiant Biztech follows same policy for all its employees. That is , for all the employees working in a project the notice period is 1 month. The exception comes when you are not working in any project or are in free pool. In such a case, Company may wave off the notice period if you do not wish to serve it. And yes, of course you do not get your two month salary and relieving letter.
If you leave company without inform and without servicing notice period. company can charge fine on that employee..
